Selling ticket has been cancel by airline but when you contact them to get refund. They still charge cancellation fee event the ticket was cancel by airline.
Very disappointed with Wego—I paid 306 KWD for two passengers, but due to airport closure I couldn’t travel, and they refunded only 66 KWD without any clear explanation or proper receipts; this feels unfair and lacks transparency, especially since the situation was completely beyond my control.
If you book your flight, and there’s a lot of people. For example, I booked a flight for 7 people and as it was processing they changed the whole flight just because it was at a discounted price. We couldn’t cancel the flight. We had to pay extra for a flight that was similar to ours and it was even more expensive than we booked. I personally don’t recommend. Our flight was by HoildayBreakz.

شركة ويجو شركة سيئة جدا جدا ، لا تهتم بعملائها ومشاكلهم ، انا اشتريت تذكرة طيران عن طريقهم وتم إلغاء الرحله ولم يعيدوا لي مبلغ التذكرة رغم مطالبتي لهم لأكثر من ٤ أشهر وإلى الآن ، وهذا ما حصل .. بتاريخ ٢٦ / ٠٢ / ٢٠٢٦ اشتريت تذكرة طيران ( جده - البحرين - مانيلا ) عن طريق شركة ويجو ، وتم تأكيد الحجز من قبل شركة الطيران ، بتاريخ ٠٣ / ٠٣ / ٢٠٢٦ ورد لي إيميل من شركة الطيران بإلغاء الحجز وإلغاء الرحلة بسبب أزمة مضيق هرمز ، تواصلت في نفس اليوم مع شركة ويجو وتم عمل طلب استرداد لمبلغ التذكرة ، وجرى تسجيل طلب الإسترداد برقم لدى شركة ويجو ، وجرت الإفادة من قبل موظف شركة ويجو ( بأنه سيتم إعادة المبلغ خلال ٣٠ يوم عمل من تاريخ ٠٣ / ٠٣ / ٢٠٢٦ ) ، تواصلت مع ويجو بتاريخ ٠٨ / ٠٤ / ٢٠٢٦ وأفادت الموظفة بأن شركة الطيران وافقت على إعادة مبلغ التذكرة وأن شركة ويجو تنتظر تحويل المبلغ لهم من شركة الطيران وسيتم إعادة المبلغ لي خلال أسبوعين من تاريخ ٠٨ / ٠٤ / ٢٠٢٦ ، بتاريخ ٢٦ / ٠٤ / ٢٠٢٦ تم الاتصال من قبلي على شركة ويجو لمتابعة طلب استرداد مبلغ التذكرة المقيد لديهم ، جرت الإفادة من موظف شركة ويجو بأنه لم يتم تحويل مبلغ التذكرة من شركة الطيران إلى شركة ويجو حتى تاريخه ، وقد تستغرق عملية استرداد مبلغ التذكرة إلى العميل (٩٠) يوم من تاريخ طلبه ، بتاريخ ١٧ / ٠٦ / ٢٠٢٦ تم الاتصال من قبلي على شركة ويجو وتم عمل طلب استعجال بتحويل مبلغ استرداد التذكرة خلال مدة أقصاها (٧٢) ساعة ، كما طلبت تقييد شكوى لدى شركة ويجو ، وتم تسجيل شكوى من قبلي لديهم وقيدت لديهم برقم ، بتاريخ ٠٥ / ٠٧ / ٢٠٢٦ أرسلت بريد إلكتروني للرئيس التنفيذي لشركة ويجو / روس فيتش ، ليجد لي حل لمشكلتي لكنه لم يرد علي حتى الآن ، كما أرسلت بريد إلكتروني في نفس اليوم إلى المدير الإقليمي لشركة ويجو في الشرق الأوسط / مأمون حميدان ليجد لي حل لمشكلتي لكنه لم يرد علي حتى الآن ، ولم يتم إعادة مبلغ التذكرة لي حتى اليوم ٠٨ / ٠٧ / ٢٠٢٦ ، حقا إن شركة ويجو شركة سيئة جدا جدا ، وأنا في شدة الندم لأنني تعاملت معها ، لكنها أول وآخر مرة أتعامل معها .
