Easy ordering
there was a sign that said if i downloaded the app i get a free pretzel. i downloaded it and they want me to wait 4 hours. i cannot go that long without my free pretzel. wetzels is better
Every company needs an app and goes for the cheapest, least intuitive slop slapped together by some empty suit with 0 regard for the consumer experience
I walk into get my pretzel and was greeted by Synika at Eagan outlet location and it was clean and had a great selection ready to go and friendly and great service and fresh delicious pretzel and Zero Coke to go! AA-MN-130-1-IL
$6 for a pretzel that clearly was really old. So hard on the bottom I could not even bite into it. Burnt on the top.
This clunky app won’t let me get out of location services to actually upload the receipt from my recent visit. It’s a great fun when it’s pretzel day, and if the person is helpful enough to put in your phone number because your App won’t work.… This is just been annoying- the prices are too high justified coming back without any kind of loyalty program
