I updated my game and now it won’t load in the sound goes off after I watch an add it started yesterday I hope you will fix this you don’t let a us report a problem if something ting is wrong with the game you only let us report if we want a refund on anything else I have an issue with the sound my sound is high and it turns off after I watch an add it never did that before now it won’t give prize after I watch the add please fix it I uninstalled my game and I lost what I had now it’s making me start over and I have to buy stuff I already purchased and you’re making me spend more money I think you should give 500 diamonds every 3 months

All of the game’s playable characters from the worlds of Disney and Pixar (as well as from George Lucas) are all famous, but I’ve been wondering about getting two Mickey Mouse costumes for free (no purchase from money, gems, etc.) - that being the WDW 50th Anniversary outfit and the Disney100 outfit; can they be out to give to players on Mickey’s birthday? Plus, is it possible that maybe there could be an update featuring: 1. More Winnie the Pooh characters (Darby, Lumpy, and Kessie)? 2. More future Thrill Zones - if any imaginable that can become reality (the world of Marvel comics, plus a mega event)? 3. More characters inspired by franchises from Disney Heroes: Battle Mode (2018–2026) 4. More characters from “The Aristocats” (Scat Cat and his gang)?

I’ve played this game for years and have always loved it. The last several events always have one character you cannot get with normal gameplay, I’ve spent 4 days trying to get Lotso… but you can always buy them for $29.99 it’s ridiculous how expensive this game has become. Time to quit playing and find another game.

Love the game fenominal the way it ties together in a amazing story plot along with collection of characters makes it a fun interactive game 100/10 recommended to many friends who also love disney not enough people know about it. would love if they would add more movies like BROTHER BEAR, planes, descendants, reluctant dragon, tron, salutes amigos, anastai, or marvel, or characters like max goofys son and more experiments from lilo and stitch and Ariel’s daughter is huge as she is one the only princess kids melody ursaluas sister. Merida brothers adding on the fact that you have Becky but not gill from finding Nemo is insane but also the wolves from jungle book with the vultures and elephant characters, along with the the crows from Dumbo Please consider theses requests I love the game play it every day and deeply appreciate having a mobile game with all these classic characters and experiences it’s like a game version of once upoun a time Wich is also denominated and genius way to tie worlds and story’s together this game is so much fun I love it and will keep playing for long long time it’s amazing.

The beginning of the game is so badly unbalanced and paced. It takes forever to do anything, the minute you get a character almost immediately you need to level them up and getting the items take forever to get ahold of because of the low chance and limited amount of characters. There are so many quests that pull you in different directions and waste so many resources. The events are impossible because they not only are too short but require long tasks. The new event, the tower challenge is not friendly for new players especially the explorations section. Once you get a few explorations in like 2 or 3 it has ghouls that come out that you have to get rid of but they only allow certain charcutero to remove them, one which needs a bunch of gems to get which is so hard to keep early on or you need to be way farther in the game to get them. Any way to make the game smoother to play is payed for like the fact they added ads that you need to pay to remove even though they offer ads for rewards. I love this game a lot but it keeps making itself harder to play.

My game wouldn’t load so I deleted the app and reinstalled it. I am connected to the gameloft club, Apple ID, and Game Center. I cannot get my game progress back. I used to play on my phone, but now exclusively play on my iPad. When I opened my phone it did have more data, but it is not the level I was at! Please help! I have spent so many hours building my park in this game.
