My Mail

I use this app on my iPhone XS Max and my 11 pro max <br/><br/>I don’t get pop up notifications at all<br/><br/>I have to access the app and refresh before I get emails that came in<br/>That’s poor

Suddenly, the inbox is no longer updating and showing new emails (even though I do get notifications that I have a new email). The “Updating” spinner just spins endlessly when I try to force the update. When I tried to delete emails from the trash it would say it was unable to connect to the server. <br/><br/>I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but now when I enter my phone number to verify login it spins for a while then simply says “An error occurred. Try again later.” So I can’t actually get back in to my email now. This has been going on for several days.<br/><br/>I tried to get to the faq/support site linked in some of the reviews on here, but the page similarly just never loads.<br/><br/>Is there a way to get some assistance on this?

Very lousy spam control. <br/>Cannot change Avatar so all the emails say “M” only difference is color between them, which is pretty ridiculous.

“Account Authorization Error” with the latest update. Makes you log into your email every time you want to check it. Even after you have entered your email, if you leave the email’s home page (for a second) it will give you the “Account Authorization Error” notification. Please fix this.

The app is pretty easy to navigate, I’m having trouble accessing my account since I changed my number and there’s no option to reset.
