This app is garbage. It is not intuitive to use, there is a mess of information everywhere, it’s impossible to choose which location to order from, and the payment process is very confusing. I hate this app, and after yet another screwed up order, I will never use it again.

I just realized I get a little discount whenever I order using DD mobile app and pick it up myself. Love that.

Nothing wrong with the food delivered or the dasher. This is more about the actual forecasted delivery times for your food. Unless you choose "direct to me" and pay $3 more, there will be one or more orders assigned to the dasher, in which case your delivery times will be adjusted to 15-20 minutes later than originally expected...this is done AFTER your order is placed. Expect cold food unless you do a group order.
