iPad app is PAINFULLY missing

by thomastan · July 8, 2026

An iPad version of this app is PAINFULLY missing. <br/>On a daily basis, our office passes around an iPad to place a large $250+ group order — but it’s never for Panera Bread since there’s no iPad app. What a shame, since Panera Bread is a popular/favorite on our floor, but it’s just too hard to place a 25+ person order on an iPhone-sized app when we need 10+ customizations. It’s just simply impossible to even review such a large order. I guess Panera’s loss is our gain, a few of us have found other local bakeries (which can be found on GrubHub’s iPad app) and Paris Baguette to be our new favorite.

My mom says it’s a good place; she sure loves her hibiscus tea.

Customization of drinks

by LeoraG · July 7, 2026

I’ve been using the Panera app for years and I really like it the only problem I have is they took away the customization for drinks so I can no longer put a note in for no ice. You can tell them when you check in, but by that time they’ve already made the drink and now they have to throw some away, I hate waste!.

Easy to use and fast service!

My go to place

by JJones46 · July 8, 2026

Panera Bread is my go-to spot every day! I stop in each morning for a great cup of coffee and come back in the afternoon for a refreshing soft drink. The staff consistently provides amazing service with a warm, friendly smile that always makes me feel welcome. The restaurant is clean, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the team goes above and beyond to make every visit enjoyable. It’s always a pleasure stopping by, and I highly recommend Panera Bread to anyone looking for excellent service and a great place to start—or finish—their day. Thank You for making my Day!
