Colossatron: Massive World Threat

You have to have a subscription to play the game, simple as that. They need to make it an option to purchase the game at least.

This game was only 1 dollar at launch, and has been that way for over a decade. For only one dollar, it was amazing, more than worth it, I bought it and I’d play it all the time. But now, you’re forced to subscribe to Halfbrick+ (more like Half-Baked Pus), which is a monthly paid service. Colossatron has not received any content updates in YEARS, and now Halfbrick is asking for monthly payment to play it. At this point, just get an emulator and pirate an older version, the ONLY thing you’d be missing out on is being nickel-and-dimed by a greedy company.

I loved this game back before the whole “pay a subscription to play our game” thing. Seriously, if it was just $5 for the game itself, i’d happily pay that. But no, halfbrick got so greedy they just had to make it a subscription-based service.

This game used to be so fun, i played it when it came out. Now i come back to play only to realize that i cant play without a subscription. This just makes the game unplayable and it makes you spend more money than its actually worth. It makes me sad to see this company go down this road, making classic games unplayable

I loved this game. I played the entirety of it and had a blast doing so. The only thing that sucks is there’s not that many levels and you need a subscription to play. You download the game for free but once you open it there’s no way to play without paying. You can easily beat the game with the 30 day free trial but still. Unnecessarily charging people to play

Y’all gotta fire whoever made that subscription change, fire the people who agreed with it too.

Can’t play without paying monthly. Used to love this game and Halfbrick studios, sad to see their downfall.
