Their online shopping customer service is no good at all!!! Very disappointed. I emailed them more than 3times requesting return but never assisted me with my requests. I bought the black cap and told them it was defective. I was not satisfied with the product and even sent them proof but they won’t accept an exchange (at least) so I decided to return it and they stopped replying on my request. This is Fraudulent behavior! (My request is within their return policy) Do not order from this store!!

the don’t have any blockers for bots, you get stuck in the queue for way too long & by the time you can check out the bots have gotten everything. great company but man do they need to fix their website in regards to the bots, it’s getting ridiculous.
