I will always remember GOFA as a great mobile MMO - unique concept, timed-based actions that actually play into the game (no speedups for fleet travel), and overall good foundation and IAPs that aren’t too excessive. Thank you DSFL for keeping the game running for this past half decade. I’ve spent many hours on your game, wether to strategize with others or simply to mediate to the music and atmosphere. I hope you continue your future projects with as much passion as this one.
This game is my most played mobile game. Upset that they are taking the servers down but I understand. I am hoping they take the mechanics of this game and use them for another game in the future. Well done guys and gals!
This game was amazing I saw no problems with it and now I struggle to find a game that was like it but I can’t. I want this game to come back and idc if I have to pay for it but this game was so much fun and so much adventure and I loved how I could control everything in my worlds. I beg the creators to bring it back if I have to pay I’ll pay I just want to enjoy the excitement this game had and to play it every day. Please read this and bring it back.
This game should have alliance civil wars oh and by the way game alliance is broken I think because the won’t let me make my alliance I used a tag that is different from the other and name that is different from the other and I have the artifacts so explain to me what I am do I’m doing wrong
I have played this game for two years and I can say this game has given me fond memories, but sadly, like all things, it must come to an end. All the servers will be shut down by June 28 and I will miss this game a lot. It has been an honor to play this game and I hope you guys make a sequel or another game like this. This game will be remembered. Goodbye GOFA.
This is an amazing game, but it’s quickly dying and not many players are active in the game. You need to update this game with huge content, and pronto! I can easily recommend an update that includes trade routes and the ability to trade artifacts with other players. Trade routes can be activated with the Trader building level 10, which allows Carriers delivering cargo to stop by and quickly set off to the target planet. This can reduce the wait time and increase the target planet’s hourly income of resources for several hours and up to a day or two. This helps farmers be more useful and imperative to protect in your alliances! Another update-worthy content is being able to physically participate in battle with your ships by either having a specialized, fully customizable ship of your own, or upgrade your ships to give them different abilities, and then have them use the abilities in a specific order in battle, like a real-time turn-based game! This will flesh out the combat and not make it like “bigger numbers win” like it is now. All in all, this game needs a chunk of content and it’s too great for you guys to abandon like this. COME BACK TO US!!!
