Report an issueIn 1993 the world witnessed the birth of a new type of super hero. Now, twenty years later, Superfrog is back!
In the greatest traditions of fairy tales our story sees a handsome prince turned into a slimy frog by an evil and jealous witch… who, in turn, kidnaps the prince's bride to be and heads for the hills. Our little green friend happens upon a mystery potion (wow, how lucky was that?). Chugging on the vial, the frog prince is bestowed with amazing powers.
Determined to defeat the witch our hero sets out on an adventure that, with your help, will lead him to his true love. You must explore and traverse 24 finely crafted levels and additional boss levels across 6 differently-themed worlds. The goal of each level is to collect a set number of coins, and then reach the exit. The ultimate aim, as ever, is to save the day, beat the witch and get the girl.
The game is an updated version of the classic side-scrolling, 2D platformer. Superfrog HD has been re-imagined with enhanced high definition cartoon style graphics. Gameplay has been made fairer, but for those who like a challenge the original maps are in there to unlock as well!

I’m excited to play this game again (I love the original, so I gave a 5 star rating), but the app crashes on startup after the “Tick Tock” screen on my iPad Mini. Please fix.
I like this game, but the left and right buttons need to be bigger. At least offer the option to make them bigger. Game seems well made, but is annoying to try and play on an iPhone with such tiny buttons. Would change rating to 4 stars if this is fixed.
The game does crash on startup. I had to re download it and restart my iPhone to get it to work. My main complaint is that Game Center Achievements are not working. Please fix this and the crashing issue ASAP. I will keep my 5 star rating as long as the updates keep coming.
I can also confirm it crashes on any of the world 2 levels in iOS 8 as well... A great game, even if I think some of the original graphics, e.g. Bees, looked better than the new ones. I like the familiar but different nostalgia of the new levels. The slots have been dumbed down a bit. Easy to get the original levels though
I'm very upset this game doesn't work on any iOS version higher than 10.. And developers are not updating it.. They are also not responding to my emails.. Very big shame and disappointment... :((
What's going on, this was a great game years ago. Now crashes before fully loading. C'mon guys get your act together and give us a playable game!! Well, it worked for awhile, now crashes on iOS 8.4. Guess developer just can't get it right. To bad, this had potential for a fun game. Let's see what will happen...hate just giving up on this game

Using iPhone 4s with iOS8.1 This does not work...crashes on the Tick Tick screen intro. Worked fine on my iPhone 5s with iOS7 and my iPad 2 with iOS6 (although currently not working anymore because i have a virus on my iPad 2) The game itself when working is pretty good...pretty good conversion except for the music, not as iconic as the Amiga music....i just wish they remove the dumb Eric Shwarz intro and include an option to play the original Amiga version with original music.
