Most unreliable in all of Asia

The grab app is amazing for traveling in Southeast Asia. Not just the pick ups and transports but for food delivery. The reason why I’m writing this review(and I hope they read it) is because I would like an option to tip drivers after you have rated, because it makes you scroll up to see a tip option before you close it. Sometimes you forget and there is no option to go back and tip the driver. I like tipping for good service but sometimes you just give the stars and close the app quickly and then the driver misses out. Other than that, the app is great.

I love the Grab app! I live in Florida and send food to my mom in Pattaya every couple days. I use grab for a ride to and from the airport and anywhere else. If I make a mistake - I call grab support and they are very helpful and knowledgeable. Grab support will fix my mistake instantly with no problems! Payment has been secure and accurate. Thanks <br/>Always a pleasant experience with Grab!

After choosing a ride type &amp; price, the estimated time that the taxi/car will arrive tends to double or triple to longer wait times than cheaper options. <br/><br/>App changed pick up location AT ITS WILL. Only discovered problem when taxi “arrived.” Both waited at different locations.<br/><br/>Terrible for Transport.

I was told to use this in norway. I downloaded and it only allowed me to select South east asia countries as a location
