8 of 15I would give no stars if I could. I have a major missing money issue with Swagbucks and Prodege, the parent company, has refused to help even with proof of game tracking via email. This is a nightmare and I hope no one else goes through this. I played Slot Mate, completed tasks and purchased coin packages of over $300. I had $275 worth<br/>of Swagbucks in my account and after pending for a few days, they just vanished and then it looks like I didn't even play the game at all. Then I go to file a complaint with customer service and I need to verify my email, but the link I'm sent takes me to a page that doesn't work. So after messaging the help desk a couple of times and getting the same response that they can't help me through email even though I explain I'm having an issue on the app, I file a complaint with Prodege on the BBB website. I wait for a response for about 10 days and get a generic message to contact customer service. At this point I’ve already explained the issue with verifying my email and the broken link I’m sent multiple times, but I explain the situation again and submit my proof. Then another 10 or so days later, I get a response that Prodege won't help because there's no tracking on the Swagbucks website. So why is there no tracking on their end, but I have all the emails? Well I think that someone cleared the tracking from my account and removed the pending rewards so I couldn't get paid. Let’s say it’s a glitch though, I have proof of completed tasks and Prodege does not care. So how convenient is it that my rewards vanish, my completed tasks for the game vanish, and then I can’t file a proper complaint with customer service in the app? If it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck…I have never had this experience with Swagbucks before and I feel physically ill from it. I may have lost this money now, but I will leave as many negative reviews as possible and if it helps even one person to think twice about trusting this shady rewards app, I would be grateful.
No longer tracking installs nor game progress. All settings correct to tracks as recommended. Going to another platform. Not really compatible to iOS anymore for games apparently.
The surveys pay average to above average as far as survey sites. However there are technical issues with surveys and bonuses not crediting. The ticket submissions are cookie cutter forms that end up sending you emails asking for the same information that was in the tickets. It feels like the back and forth and the way “support” is set up is meant to make people give up on getting the points/rewards earned.
I am trying to play my game(s). I can not because not sure if you blocked no me or what. But keeps on flashing back to the level detail page. I sent 2 or 3 messages to customer service. Nobody’s responding and nobody’s helping me resolve this issue. This is horrible service and horrible that I can not even get into any games. Please resolve this. Otherwise I will go to back the other game app. Mandy that is it. I playing a different app. Not sure but this is upsetting as I used to love Swagbucks. <br/><br/>Update-games are still down. <br/>Can we all say major incompetence and uncaring etc.???! I will keep emailing and posting about this BS .<br/>Can’t play my games that I downloaded (still) Why Why Why!????

Signed up using “use my Apple ID” unable to receive email verification to get my winnings! Not able to even update email it refuses to save it!! Missed out on bonus money due to this and can’t talk to a real person!!
