The app freezes any time you try to get to a new screen and you have to keep closing the app and restarting it.

By far the easiest app to navigate. Thank you!

Thank you for finally fixing the phone app process for making payments. Before this, it was the worst payment app out there.

The original app seems so useless, but the new redesign and able to pay online is fantastic.

Then I started getting notifications and reminders to pay my bill. But my bill was paid! It happened so frequently that I was going insane, double checking myself. If a balance is zero, don't remind me to pay my bill! It's not rocket science!
