Immediately removing someone’s service because I card was defaulted due to a replacement card is nonsense.
The customer service is zero
Too many redirects, and buffering along with freezing. I submitted a card payment and was charged twice due to the malfunction of the app. I had to uninstall the app and reinstall it to get it to reflect the paid balance. Cricket you guys can do better.
Cricket cell phone service is getting weaker. Only have 2 bars just about everywhere I go now. Constantly not able to get data or make calls!
Cricket does not provide customer service.
Customer service is so trashhhh
