The recent update makes things very laggy

Whenever I try to import a video clip it just loads forever. It only fixes itself once I restart my phone :/. Edit: Tried it again a few months later and it worked ONCE but now it’s back to straight up not letting me import videos. Basically unusable now

I was really struggling to find an editing app until my DR got me this app and it was actually pretty good. I got a lot of sound effects so thank you Cute CUT Pro
It has your basic tools to video edit. Although I’d would be nice if updates came out to help audio distortion adjuster, (aka isolate voice and remove too much space in between sentences.)And being able to an add our own fonts for text. UPDATE: I used to like this but to stay in the game it needs better features, green screen for video, sound effect tab for content creators, text templates or even a saved uploaded template tab, animations to text, make all clips the same volume. Take out unnecessary space from video, saved tabs for everything of imported stuff like audios, filters, intros, animations, texts etc!
This used to be one of the best simplified editing programs on iOS. But it kept degrading and degrading as time went on, and now it’s so buggy to the point it’s nearly unusable. Selecting videos makes the entire program break, it’ll sometimes choose not to show certain features to you, and my *god*, the crashing. Needs a seriously big bugfix to return to its former glory.
