Doesn't Work

Loads initially, then an ad pops up with an x at the top, left that's incomplete looking so won't let me exit out of it to go to the start menu to play. It stays on the ad screen.

This app opens up to an ad but will not let you out of the ad... Pls fix. ( my son would really like to play) thanks a bunch! :)
