The app has potential, but there are several limitations that make it frustrating to use. The AI design generator is unreliable—it only works sometimes, and for the past two weeks it hasn’t worked at all despite multiple attempts.<br/><br/>The selection of design styles is also very limited, and once the AI generates a design, there’s no way to edit or fine-tune it to better match your preferences.<br/><br/>Another major drawback is the limited number of room types you can design. For example, there are no options to design spaces like a closet, hallway, or patio. Expanding the available room categories and improving the AI’s reliability and customization options would make this app much more useful.

Honestly if you want your app to succeed you would let people use it and if they want premium options like decorating or something of that nature then make them pay. Not being able to use it at all without paying is not a great business strategy, plus making it hard to cancel. If you made it easier to cancel more people would trust you and be willing to pay for the first little while, knowing they can easily cancel. (Most people don’t cancel but having the easy option helps ease that initial objection of not paying for it.)

All progress lost repeatedly

It keeps changing the length of each wall when I put EXACTLY WHAT I WANT IT TO BE and gives a weird shape. Completely useless.

i dislike this app. i used it 1 time to help me figure out what style i wanted for my room and i must’ve accepted the yearly subscription by accident. They took almost 135 dollars to which i contacted Apple about just to now find out this app doesn’t allow refunds. I lost 135 dollars on an app i will likely never use again…. Im very disappointed because they make it seem like such a steal because i still have “access“ to the app but like, 135 is so insane and to have a no refund policy is really annoying.

Immediately cancelled the trial after subscribing in order to 5<br/>try the app and was still charged a monthly subscription fee.<br/><br/>Extremely deceptive tactics, would not recommend to anyone.
