8 of 15Would be a decent little game if it didn't lock up every minute. Using Ipad Air and it has crashed on me 5 times and locked up 3 times. Been playing for 15 minutes
Game is great but crashes iPad Air. Not good enough to be worth the hassle of repeated reboots...
I can understand why the reviews on this are so positive, but I'm not as impressed, probably because this game is targeted towards a younger audience and I don't really qualify as such. The puzzles were a little haphazard and either too easy or weirdly hard (I am ashamed to admit I was temporarily stumped by a kid's game), and character control was a little messy (I'd tap slightly in one direction and the character would go so far out as to exit the screen). The game also crashed way too much on the iPad 2, and I'm confident it's not a problem on my side. I also wasn't really emotionally moved by the dog companionship scenes (maybe I just am cold hearted). Lastly, I thought it was too short, but I guess it was worth the $0.99.
The interface, design, animation, etc is hands down awesome. But this game is more for kids, with the video games within the games, unlike the Drawn trilogy, where you have to figure out puzzles to reach the end. I got it as a bundle, so I didn't know what to expect, maybe it was supposed to be for kids and I just incidentally got it. The story concept is ok, don't care for the ending though. Not something I would play again.
I've enjoyed playing, but now that I'm at the flying arcade game, I'm stuck. I've tried over and over to pass this part of the game and simply can't. I get about halfway to the end and run out of life. Now I can't finish the game! Really ruins the experience....
Awesome game, if it wouldn't keep crashing. AND it is really expensive! :(
Great game great storyline but way too,,,,,,,,short
This is a well done point and click adventure with mini games. The ending made me cry it was so touching. Only takes 2-3 hours but well worth it. Just replayed it myself after a couple years and still just as fun.
