I’ve decided this isn’t working for me and want to delete my account but when I open the app it just locks up on me and won’t function. While I did go through the deletion process after a lot of painful waiting yesterday, they never sent me the verification email and the GD app is freezing again!! 7-11 kinda sucks…

Whenever you wanna use points or redeem promotions, the app just doesn't work.

Bad customer service

I ordered items on July 1st. They delivered the wrong items. I asked for a refund and submitted the pictures. They took 4 days to respond and when they did they stated that I am not eligible for a refund because I received my items but my items were the wrong items. They still refused to do anything about this issue and one of the customer service representative hung up on me.

You need to make sure that they are charging you correctly, a couple of times they have Overcharged my
