The app doesn’t work

I used to love this app. But I tried to put it on my new phone and it isn’t working at all. Can’t make an account or log into my old one.. so I have no idea what to do

Hello - please fix!<br/>App is crashing for multiple reasons - but mainly when I try to scan, while logged in. <br/>Also log in was crashing too. Thank you!<br/>Love this app 5 stars otherwise probably - it’s been a while will let you know after update!

As far as I can tell this service stopped working years ago. <br/>As of November 2025, scanning produced no results. <br/>Also, boycott.com isn’t working.

First of all creating an account was a nightmare. They just need the option to tie your Apple account. Secondly I can’t log in says wrong password but logged in just fine on my Mac with the same password and username.

I keep trying to sign up via email because I don’t use twitter or Facebook but it won’t let me. I paid for this app and should be required to use other apps just to create an account.
