8 of 15Apple Pay don’t work well
I normally use the app to save myself some time when I pick up my food. Recently I haven’t been able to checkout on the app. The screen just keeps loading forever. I’ve deleted, updated, restarted and so on and nothing seems to work for this issue. The app works in every other fashion except the whole point of it all it seems.
Thank you for switching to beef tallow everything that is fried taste soooo much better and I feel better not getting the toxic seed oils! Steak ‘n Shake has become our number 1 fast food stop. Bring back the strawberry shortcake I’ll love you forever!! Thanks Steak ‘n Shake for improving your menu!

Super great and very fast
The only improvement I can see that the app needs is: offering a more effective way for rewards members (people who download the app) to get credit or points when using the drive through, whether that be a code prior to ordering or some other way. But the barcodes on the receipts have not worked on my phone, my roommates or my co-workers. I feel customer loyalty should be respected and rewarded. I love the food, I hope the franchise can upgrade the rewards system.
