8 of 15Nice update. I have 100 pancoins I can’t touch through this app anymore unless I download an update that wasn’t made with my iPhone 13 in mind.
I had my account for about a whole year or somewhere around there and I used it frequently. I had up to 30-35 pancoins and I stopped going to ihop for a month. When I wanted to use my app again I found out that my account just disappeared or got deleted. I emailed customer service said they couldn’t find my account then ghosted me.
Have to sign in almost every time using app, no option for biometric sign in.
This is app is super inconvenient and broken, each time I input my card it says my address is wrong for the card and it declines my account. I drove 25 minutes to the location for nothing. DO NOT USE THIS APP.
Really confusing coin system. Not intuitive. Cant find where to add silverware. Had to enter in make/model for car several times.

I mean just how poorly is this P.O.S. coded that I have to use an in-app browser to log-in each time I open the app? <br/><br/>why even have an app at that point? are they dumb?
