8 of 15It is exceptionally secure but you better keep the Master Password and Key separate because you will need them eventually
I am sorry - I used to love 1Password but you have made it impossible to use and especially to upgrade to the newest version.
Now I am very sorry I started using 1Password. I stored all my important passwords there. It was free and simple. Now I suddenly have no access to my passwords unless I pay money and get a seemingly complicated app. It feels like extortion.
I would be lost and confused without 1Password. I add everything to it and rest easy knowing it’s secure and accessible to only me.
The app is hard to use and next to impossible to find subscription information.
I cannot update my billing credit card because the 1password system requres a Secret Key that I do not remember.
You pay a subscription to a company that made over $150 million in revenue, that has no phone support. You send a ticket through email and AI chat bot and wait. I’ve been waiting for 2 days, so far… with access to my passwords suspended. This is ridiculous. I’ve been with this password manager for over a decade, and this is unacceptable. When it works it’s great. But if you have an issue, you better hope you don’t. They are useless. Lost customer, lack of customer service.
1 Password is the most secure and reliable out there. I have tried others but this one is the best. It's very easy to use. I LOVE IT!!!! :-)
