8 of 25Привезли карту дебетовую, представитель под часа в уши зудел про банк и карту, после встречи через 3 часа пришло смс с текстом мы не можем вам предоставить доступ. Дебилизм, Вы сперва рассмотрите заявку, потом везите карту, а не наоборот. Ну я не расстроился) банков много, дебетовую все с радостью дают кроме этого «чуда».
Интерфейс не перегружен, меньше рекламы, в отличие от тинька и сбера всё понятно куда нажимать. И легко устанавливать.
На колокольчике появляется синяя круглая метка, оповещающая о новом, сообщении, как правило это спам: новый продукт или что-либо похожее. После прочтения метка никуда не исчезает и продолжает бесить своим присутствием.
Банк, в отличие от остальных в рф, зачем-то показывает отчество получателя при переводе по СБП. Остальные банки показывают только имя и первую букву фамилии, что значительно безопасней. С добавлением же отчества уже значительно проще злоумышленникам при желании установить личность человека и получить все остальные его личные данные, учитывая то, что банк им открыто показывает уже почти всё ФИО только по номеру телефона, который можно очень легко взять откуда-нибудь в интернете. Но и в целом, даже если не говорить про мошенников, это неоправданное нарушение конфиденциальности клиентов банка. Не с пустого места остальные банки этого не делают. ИСПРАВЬТЕ ЭТУ СИТУАЦИЮ! Ups: Какие ещё «спорные моменты»? Вы хоть отзыв прочитали, прежде чем ответить? Или у вас какие-то боты тут отвечают?
Самый простой и понятный банк. Да, бывают сбои в переводах но крайне редко. Спасибо.
