8 of 25Оплатила приложение на месяц, деньги списали, а память в приложение на диске не увеличилась! Поддержка молчит уже сутки! Никто не решает вопрос!
Единственный нормальный сервис-яндекс переводчик, но пользуюсь гугл. Остальное недоэкосистема, и реклама, несмотря на подписки, позор. Я предполагаю, топ манагеры имеют большие зарплаты, а низший состав из школьников, вот и получается, я тебя не понимать, и этому безобразию много лет.

Сделайте на странице профиля информацию о подписке и возможность продлить/оформить её. В приложении не понятно когда истекает срок подписки и какая подписка на данный момент.
Я бы, может, и купил эту бесконечно навязываемую изо всех щелей подписку Яндекс 360, но… У меня и так есть подписка Яндекс Плюс. Ч согласился на повышение цены подписки почти в 2 раза в 2026 году (даже на фоне снижения качества предоставляемых сервисов). У меня есть дополнительное место на диске. И они всё равно пихают бесконечно рекламу свою. А теперь еще и отключили синхронизацию мобильного и desktop версии. Не вижу больше смысла в этом сервисе. Разработчик в ответ, конечно, напишет свой контакт, попросит им написать, чтобы во всем разобраться, но не вижу в этом диалоге никакого смысла. Вот к чему приводит отсутствие конкуренции.
Создайте уже автосохранение всего на MacOS
Как ни прискорбно но с iOS Яндекс диск работает очень плохо. Данные не загружаются в фоне, и очень медленно. Я все чаще стал обращаться в техподдержку, где только разводят руками мол не мы такие а iOS плохой
