Overpriced fees which should go to the people who actually deliver the food

Absolutely I am in love with this app it is amazing to come home and have all your items delivered to your door by people who really love their job and are very caring and considerate. It’s been this way since 2023

This is my go-to app for all my grocery delivery needs. I’ve even ordered wine and food from restaurants. It’s saved me time and money. I can share it with my family and I even use it when I’m on vacation! Love it!

This is the second time this week I have placed an order, the order has been confirmed, and then canceled two hours later when it was supposed to be delivered. I was relying on receiving these orders and would have made other arrangements had I known the orders would not be fulfilled. On both occasions, the orders rescheduled to come the next day. Not helpful. Customer service offered no solutions or credit for the inconvenience and I am really disappointed.

I had a last minute idea for dinner and the ordering process and communication and delivery were fantastic! Yulia did an amazing job and I’m so happy and thankful for the service!

This service is a lifesaver when you are not able to get around physically.

I can’t figure out anywhere else to leave a review about how my order is consistently over an hour late from the window I paid for.
