Used to love Instacart but every order I create now for pickup up at Publix in Northshore Chattanooga never has a shopper available.
First time using instacart for Publix and couldn’t be happier. Same pleasant experience as in the store !!
Instacart is so amazing! Every time I order I get the best people and they are very attentive to my orders and replacements as well
I have always had a great experience with every shopper. They are usually early versus ever being late and the orders are always correct.
They can never follow throw with delivery and when they do it’s at a time I’m not available. So I have to cancel and they keep my money for days. Ridiculous terrible app
I have medical issues that I won’t bore you with here but for me Instacart is a true blessing. I can’t get out to go shopping and rarely leave my apartment so this and Walmart plus are a lifeline.
I can’t figure out anywhere else to leave a review about how my order is consistently over an hour late from the window I paid for.
