I’m overseas and am having issues logging into the MyTelstra app. My service has ended and I’m trying top up my account but the Chatbot keeps ending the conversation telling me to login to the MyTelstra app! I’ve requested to speak to an agent, tried everything I can but I can’t get past the horrible AI! Telstra please get in touch with me!

Went online to log in. Can’t do it without phone. Number needs to be texted. Eventually when I did get online, could not delete credit cards that were old. A card was being charged that was not set as default. What’s up with that? Very buggy.
Try to recharge my Telstra but for some reason I don’t get the GB I payed for, but the app has no issue taking my money without providing the service 😤.
App didn’t let me recharge my prepaid number and I really freaked out. (It kept showing an error and wouldn’t let me proceed). <br/><br/>I also failed trying to sign up for an account - the verification mails wouldn’t come. <br/><br/>I luckily managed to recharge on the website.
Hard to navigate. Missing information. Wrong information. Bad app
Simply doesn’t work. Going to anything payment related causes the app to crash or fail to load- “system error, try again later” has been the default display for weeks.
