Try to use offer in app that said ‘ $3 off $20 or more’ added items totaling over $20 before fees or taxes. Offer would not work. Kept saying I needed to add more items. Scam

Frustrated that you can’t order tea on app

Can't add anything but chicken sandwich to biggie bundle. Same problem on several phones/accounts. Can't edit items... Just shows a blank screen. Started several months ago and still hasn't been fixed.

This app and the Dunkin app are THE WORST for constantly telling you on your phone that they have accepted your payment. It will process through the bank & then when you pull up to Wendy’s the app still doesn’t load, the location does NOT have your order. Then the fun part…. Waiting to get your money back to order again.

I signed up for this app because the ability to pay using the Paze was promoted. But there is no option to do so. What is going on?

I have restarted my app, uninstalled and reinstalled, hard restarted my phone and it wouldn’t load anything it couldn’t even take my order one of the worst fast food apps I have ever downloaded

My only complaint is that I couldn’t look at the menu without “ordering” but I couldn’t order because the location wasn’t open yet. Just let me look at the menu.
