Tried depositing a check. App crashes when trying to take a photo of the check.

The app for my phone will usually lock about every three months and I’ll have to find a branch to have them unlock it. I don’t know if it’s upgrades to the app which are really just to keep people busy in the office in the IT department in my opinion because as a user doesn’t change anythingalso the limitation is bad when I have two phones and I’m not able to access the account easily on both phones due to the security parameters. For example, I’ll have a primary phone on the account and if I’m using the secondary phone without the primary phone in my possession for example of work phone and the security code goes to the phone that is not in my possession I will not be allowed to login that can be frustrating.

This app is convenient and easy to use banking effortless

Need to know/learn full use of this app. Either on-site or secure video to download to device or a step-by-step instructional manual printed/downloadable

Please don’t let this bank hide information and trick you and then treat you poorly. They also take way longer to do anything (start account, transfer money, ect.)

The app is user friendly and I am able to access all my information and also do most of my banking on it. The only other thing I use is there ATM which to is great and easy to use

With the transition from Bank Of The West that I’ve been with since 1971 when they were first called Lloyd’s Bank<br/>I’m very content with the turnover a little bit of hiccups, but they’ve done a good job. I just miss some of the employees that have been there for so many years that I built such a beautiful relationship with.
