8 of 15It took forever to get a driver and then the driver was too far away and just stopped moving all together so I had to cancel and then they took my money anyway even though the ride never happened!!!! 😡
I paid 15.15 for a ride I needed to go to a birthday party and Lyft not a drive canceled my ride (idk if it’s because they didn’t want me to get the ride for less) but it still charged my card and now I need to pay another 20 on top of what I paid for the other ride. That was cancelled. I spoke to support and they were useless. Definitely will NEVER USE LYFT AGAIN.

Hi. I’ve been a lyft customer for about 3 years. I enjoy lift but it never recognizes my pick up spot in the morning where I live. I always have to text or call the driver to come to my location. A map update through Lyft might help. The drivers are generally very nice. Thanks

It’s really frustrating that you can’t get a live person. I don’t have the app anymore, don’t want to redownload it, and now got 2 emails re rides I didn’t take. Don’t understand why this multi million dollar company can’t provide an actual customer service number, it has to be through a submitted request on the site. Don’t even have an email to reach out to.
Doesn’t let me book from the gate (“because I am too far away”) then I wait 10 minutes in the terminal for my ride. I hope Waymo does unspeakable things to your insolvent corpse
