8 of 15This app doesn’t load station prices. When the TMobile app loads points they do not display as active. Station hours would be nice for night travelers.
The app in past 3 months keeps crashing and logging me out and will not allow me to log back in. I have uninstalled and reinstalled to help with issue but now I get an error and won’t even load or let me login. Even trying to go through Shell App it reacts the same. App is long overdue for an app refresh and stability improvements.
unable to login using emailid and password as data as it give error for incorrect data format
I guess the app is finally being phased out. It suddenly kicked me out and I couldn’t get back in. I will say I do remember getting emails stating to download the Shell App but the email didn’t have instructions on what to do since the app is being phased out. I will also say I didn’t like how the app always tried to force me to use my location when applying my discount rewards code. For new users download the Shell app! You have to use that one now. If you can’t sign into your fuel rewards acct via the Shell app and you can’t sign into your Shell account. You’ll have to do a “forgot password” on your Shell account via the app. For whatever reason the accounts are linked far as the email is concerned but not the password. Once you reset the password it should log you into the app then it’ll immediately prompt you to enter in your Fuel Rewards account password. ***For T-Mobile users you can copy the code in the T-Life app. Once you click redeem you can stroll down and see the code with a “copy” button next to it. I had to Google AI all of this I wasn’t about to lose points!
Doesn’t work. Can’t log in. Error about correct format.
The app tends to glitch a lot and kicks you out of it and makes you sign in again. When you try to sign in it tells you error codes
Login format is broken. No way to log in
It’s saying the data can’t be read cause it’s not in the correct format
