Useless Points

by Jusjojo5566 · July 8, 2026

To order food the app is fine but the whole rewards system makes no sense. The workers always ask “Do you have the app” so that they can scan your ID and accumulate points. However what are the points for? On other apps, you accumulate points and you trade them in for food or drinks. But you can’t trade any points in on the White Castle app. So what’s the point of accumulating points? It’s so ridiculous none of it makes sense to me.

App is terrible

Might as well be the first app ever created. It’s old and clunky. Burgers are fine.

Unusable

by Xcelor8 · July 9, 2026

When I try to order through the app, there's a popup that covers the whole screen and you cannot close it, the app is unusable.
