So stupid 7/11 doesn’t have English version when 15-20 million foreigners visit Thailand each year, just like stupid Grab app. Stupid marketing and crappy app to navigate, too much junk like looking at spam banners

7-Eleven is one of the biggest and most popular chains of convenience stores in the country. I’d bet that at least 20% of their customers aren’t Thai. So the make this delivery app that only Thai people can use. Ridiculous. Typical Thai idiots.

By not having an English language option, you’re missing out on a lot of business. There are upwards of 500,000 foreigners living in Thailand, many (most?) of whom don’t speak Thai, but a majority of them probably speak English, even if it’s not their native language.

This super app is overwhelming, rather than being convenient. I need a magnifying glass to use this app. Please just make my life easier. Besides the app experience, the product quality is beyond appalling. When 7-11 launched a new product it’s great for value, but don’t expect and trust that the product quality to be consistent in a long run. You’re far better off, buying from other stores, since 7-11 has its own stinking reputation in Thailand!

You cannot use the app without let it track your activity. It also require you to confirm you identity for just grab n go app. TOO MUCH DATA CP TRYNA HARVEST ON PEOPLE. <br/><br/>DELETED THIS

The letters are so small and the page is so crowded with stuff it is very hard to read. I could not find any settings to adjust the size of the fonts. As another review pointed out, this is not available in English. Certainly they are missing a great profit by not having English. Also the app requires certain settings, which are not available on our mobile phones. เนื่องจากว่าตัวหนังสือเล็กมากและหน้าเกะกะมาก อ่านยาก ไม่ได้เห็นการตังค่าให้จัดฟ้อนต์ให้ใหญ่ขึ้น ไม่มีภาษาอังกฤษน่าจะขาดทุนมาก โดยไม่ได้บริการทางภาษาอังกฤษ แอพพลิเคชั่นต้องการให้ตั้งค่าต่างๆซึ่งอาจจะไม่เป็น option ในมือถือทุกรุ่นหรือยังไม่ได้อัพเดทค่ะ
