8 of 15I had ordered what I thought was catalytic converters back exhaust system. Within minutes I had called and asked to confirm that the exhaust system included the converters and found out that they didn’t so I cancelled the order. I was told that the ordered had been cancelled and that they didn’t sell the system that I was looking for. A few days later I received the exhaust system that I had cancelled and was told that I had to pay the freight to return it. The freight cost me $130 and now waiting for a credit that I have been promised of $761 for the system shipped in error. This makes me feel that this is a very shady company and shouldn’t be trusted. Buyer beware.
Checked prices on several parts on the app verses the website. The prices using the app were more. I went ahead and used the website. So far I’ve been happy with the results. The parts came quick and were just what I needed. If you’re going to use the app, you might want to double check what the website lists it as.
Not trust worthy never got me refund which was around 115, 10 hours of hard work for me. F*** this auto part warehouse keep money
The section to put account information needs to be corrected for the Zip Code section; it does not accept the number 0 at the beginning of the 5 digits number. For example my zip code is 02150 and I was forced to input 2150 instead; therefore giving the wrong city and state. Please correct it.
I had an account with over 1000 rewards points and one day they just disappeared. Every time I would make big orders some parts would be left out and I’d have to call “customer service” to get it sorted out. I DONT RECOMMEND.
I like this supplier because they have some parts that others don’t carry and SOME (but not most) parts cheaper than locally priced. However, the website and app are hard to navigate, some menu options function incorrectly, and often I have to repeatedly enter information such as my zip code to get my billing/shipping edited or added. Please work on your app.<br/><br/>Note:<br/>Problems: <br/><br/>When searching for a vehicle or year or model you have to push a button to scroll. Not great.<br/><br/>When adding shipping/billing info the app does not accept my zip code and gives me an error.<br/><br/>Menus for cookies or some deal covers up the buttons to progress agreeing entering data (on website). <br/><br/>Also there are “ghost” categories that don’t have parts for my vehicle. It makes it hard to search, and when using the back arrow the menu returns to the beginning instead of the last page viewed. <br/><br/>Thank you for having an app though. It would be much better if the above is addressed.
Was a great app used it for all my vehicles but quit working gives and error every time I try to use it
Ordered two parts that were to be delivered in 2 days. An engine component to get the car running again and an air filter. Received the air filter the next day. Received a message at the end of the second day that the other had shipped. Received the part 2 days later. The box that the part was in, looked like it had gone through the offensive line of the NFL! When I peeled the part out of the box it had previously been installed on another car and then repacked as a “new” part. 20 minutes on hold to talk to customer service. I spent another 20 minutes on the phone and emailing pictures of the box and part to them. I received $40 off of the $250 part, or return it and wait a possible 5 days more to receive a replacement. No thanks.
