8 of 15This app is so great even for not having premium hides everything I need and I love how if you turn your phone down you can have it switch to another app! 10/10 and I recommend it to all my friends
Unable to organize pics and videos by moving them in album. Pictures and videos do not back up. This has been a problem for over a year. I miss the old app
It did an automatic update and now I have 200+ photos/videos that won’t show and are now lost.
It never actually saves anything that i save in the vault
Thank you for your nice service.

I swear the more you use it the slower it gets. It’s literally impossible to use at times because of how much it crashes or how slow it is.
Absolutely unacceptable, I pay for “premium” which is a lot of money for an app that holds photos. This morning I look at probably 100-150 photos are gone, albums fully disappeared. Definitely will NOT be renewing and will find something else instead.
