Zombies, Run

Makes me work harder! I love the customizable chases and time limit! The story is amazing the actors are amazing! Can’t wait to reach the end!<br/><br/>A thought to add it would be really cool if there were optional bonus caches on the map you could run to! Sometimes a change in scenery is nice 🥂

It’s the best running app I’ve ever used! I’ve been using it for 4 years and I truly feel connected and motivated by the stories.

Downloaded this when I was in the eighth grade to help motivate my exercise; stopped when I moved and just didn’t pick it back up as life got in the way. Now I’m back during my PhD to help make my walks fun again, and boy howdy this app/storyline/project is still fricken awesome. Glad to hear back! Runner Five, out 🫡

Have loved this app for a long time, but finally discovered an AWFUL bug. If you have live activities turned on from Apple’s fitness app while logging a run, and the audio comes on to provide splits, ZRX glitches bad. It continues tracking the run, but the timeline for the audio is totally borked. I was stuck trying to pause and play ZRX, and my live updates to get it running. I never got it working and ended up running far longer than bargained, hoping the story would resume. It never did, and now I have an incomplete chapter I have to redo for no good reason.

I love the way these stories have brought life and adventure to my runs through the years!

I returned to Zombies, Run! a few months ago after time off. It quickly has gotten me running six days a week. It keeps it fun and the writing is really engaging. And I’m getting faster. A lot faster.

I just ran with the first episode of the comeback. Sam! Hope! Zombies! Everything I love about zombies, run is back.
