Regal – Movie Tickets and Showtimes for Regal Cinemas, United Artists and Edwards Theatres

i am convinced your app has a memory leak somewhere. my phone should not be overheating using the regal app.

Very bad app, I’m not able to login to my account on the app while on chrome browser it’s working fine. Tried resetting the password through app then it just gets stuck after entering my email id.

Pretty great app, and I’ve used it for years! But once I upgraded to Regal Unlimited, the experience actually downgraded. The app completely strips away your gem status levels with no way to participate in them anymore.<br/>While there is a separate rewards program for Unlimited subscribers, the app doesn't reference it at all. As an Unlimited member paying ~$350 annually, the app offers almost zero tailored functionality for us other than acting as a digital ticket to get through the door.<br/>Developer request: Please add a feature for Unlimited subscribers to track our full viewing history (every movie seen with the program) and give us a clear dashboard showing exactly where we stand in the Unlimited rewards program. We are your most loyal customers—the app should reflect that!

We tried multiple credit cards. It doesn’t work.

App doesn’t even work what a joke. Can’t reset password or create a new account

App is fine. Functions like any app should in 2026. But you’re charging me a booking fee to purchase tickets on your own platform? Come on.

Can’t redeem points even after updating the app several times

When it works it does its job well.
