Taco Bell

I love Taco Bell. I have unironically spent thousands of dollars on Taco Bell over the last 10 years. I have never had any sort of issue ordering and/or picking up my food. *THAT BEING SAID* I feel the layout of the iOS app needs to be changed because me and my girlfriend keep exiting out of our orders instead of adding them to the bag. I know this sounds silly but I promise this is a common issue us and friends of ours have dealt with constantly. Peace and love.

What the hell happened to being able to pay with my default CC in the app in the drive thru??? I have been a 3 different Taco Bell’s now in the past few months and they have no idea what I’m talking about/saying they don’t see it

Here we go again, Another day, another update. Two hour process anytime you want to place an order. It’s been a whole day. Time for another update that takes 2 hours to download!!’Needs almost hourly updates. Why can’t you get it right?

This app just gets worse every update. The devs really want to do stuff so they are breaking the app. On top of Taco Bell no longer being cheap.

I can add items to my order, but the “view my bag” never shows. Restarting phone, reinstalling app doesn’t fix the issue. Extremely frustrating.

There are constant issues using this app. Staff members forget items in orders and there is zero way to refund the forgotten items. You could be in a Taco Bell parking lot and the app will select a different Taco Bell across the city from you. Then staff members are rude when they don’t have your order. This app is the biggest waste of time and money.

App does not work in any capacity

We shouldn’t have to see if we can get to the cashier in time to ask for fountain drink to change/swap out for the frozen drinks😆😡😡😡😡😡 Ok, I’m looking at the Build your cravings box. I’m thinking crunchy taco, a burrito and Frozen Baja Blast. I see frozen lemonade and other drinks but not the frozen, no option to swap the one drink for the “frozen” drink. I’ve been to a kiosk in the TB too and it wasn’t there. This requires intervention request with cashier/order taker, providing its not super busy and I can get to them in time to make the swap!!! This irritates me and I’m sure the person behind the counter, How hard can making a his an option? Seriously?!!!!! I ask TB person but they just shrug their shoulder.
