8 of 15I have played this for years. Once you hit a certain level, you can never finish the diamonds, the level stops at 200 and it’s like you exceeded your time with the game. Sad
With the new update Once you win a collection event the game will not let you collect and continue to play.
Unable to collect on the collections bonus. Can you please fix? I love this app, and have been using it for years, and this morning it’s not working on my iPad. It works on my iPhone. I tried to submit a form to correct error, and the response is ticket closed! The update you did to this website is not working properly
3-16-26: Are they finally fixing the bug in the game that is causing the progress to freeze 1/3 of the way when playing the 3rd level of filling the diamond to get the bonus? When I try to contact them they respond they don’t do customer support for this app anymore. 3-17-26 addition: opened the treasure chest today for the daily bonus and received 3 free spins. When the slot opened - no spins. This game is quickly falling apart and not worth playing anymore.
With all of the updates make it work again. I have played this game for years. It’s usually great but for some reason the last few months of new releases they take days to finally download and then you can never achieve the final diamond it just gets stuck and no matter how much you play it never finishes the last diamond
Twice this week I have won the jackpot but was credited less $70,000 and $80,000 just now . Money is running short
Exciting Nope I have been playing since this game first started. It used to be fun climbing the different games but it has taken such a dive that it is not worth opening. I used to win, I bet big money, now I only play with the $450 that game just updated. Since it has always been $250 . Till Storm 8 or the 3rd party proprietor correct the bug fixes, I am done and from the other comments I am not alone.
Sucks! Ads keep freezing up . Game freezes. Needs some big work on it to fix!
