App is too commercial if cust has an acc why no direct acces to his acc instadle of offeringsaling by the minute. Please help me or cancel my acc of 14 tares thanks.
The call quality to Australia and New Zealand is terrible. Calls drop out frequently and it’s almost impossible for the person on the other end of the line to hear you.
Got this a month before: “ Vonage Mobile will be discontinued on February 28, 2020. To avoid losing any existing call credits, they must be used before the discontinued date as no refunds are issued.”
I have to pay on outgoing calls that I make. Vonage Mobile is my only way to make outgoing calls until recently. Vonage Mobile is a crappy app now. Please bring back my outgoing app. There servers is garbage. I have to pay one cent on every call in the United States what a joke. Trash is garbage for vonage Mobile app. Really why pay when there are other app that are much better. The call drop in the middle of the conversation. Please update this app now. It terrible app now. I have use this app four years until now where I have to pay. It not free calling app anymore now. It should be call pay text and call now app. Garbage app. Poor connection and slow app. Vonage Mobile need to take this app out of the Apple Store. Worthless garbage trash sickening app. Vonage is crap. Update this app now.
Please fix this issue. Whenever i try to buy more credits the app gets crashed or keep loading. This problem is on both ios and android. Fix it.

Such a shame they are discontinue the mobile service. This app is the best! I have to call multiple people in different countries and being able to call them while working form home I just very convenient. Hope they would keep the mobile app.
