This app is not working.
Every time I click on this app it has an issue. Now it says it doesn’t support my account type when 5 days ago it was working.
My account is no longer supported? What the heck does that mean.
Not working
I had this app for 3years and never had a issue. Now it’s saying my account isn’t compatible with this app! I’m so irked! I was using it to pay my bill.
Sprint no longer supports this app. Any customers not migrated to T-Mobile yet have to use the website. Very bad decision on their part considering the website also doesn’t work half the time.
Whenever I try to open this app it says Your account type isn't supported in Our App, please visit sprint.com to manage your account. I called and spoke with someone & was told they was doing an update on the app and don't have a date for it being back up & running! Bunch of bull when you can't just open it to see your balance or minutes & have to go online to get this info!
