8 of 15I used the app to do a delivery order and one of my items was missing and so the app directed me to use the chat feature. The resolution with the chat was not great because it promised to refund my money in 3 to 5 days. But I have no proof of that and no confirmation and while I was trying to chat with the chat bot. The text screen kept reloading every few seconds so the Chatbot kept asking if I was there and saying it would close the chat, even though I was still actively typing. There was no way to report issues with the app on the website. So I’m reporting them here. I did end up driving to the store to get my missing items.

So easy to order and use.
These people are so helpful and kind, even in the hottest conditions. Everyone knows even if the line is long, the food will come out faster than anywhere else you can drive thru.
Love the Chick-fil-A app!!! Gives great awards and sometimes a bonus award! Totally recommend!!!
