Predicts 100% chance of rain, then nothing. Predicts 15% chance of rain, and all hell breaks loose. Totally worthless when dealing with pop-up thunderstorms.
My device frequently disconnects from the Wunderground weather Map. I spend hours trying to rectify their issues. It’s a nice APP WHEN IT WORKS !
I have no idea what people are talking about when they say there are a lot of glitches. It’s extremely accurate and has never been wrong for me. It’s also very easy to hook up your weather station to and it helps weather be more accurate.
Love that I can see in real time just what the precipitation situation is! I have found Weather Underground to be quite generally accurate.
The temperature reading on the app is no where close to actual temperature in my location. App reads 73. Actual temp is 81.
This use to be a better app prior to the weather channel buying it out a few years back. Previous features that were free are now locked behind a paywall. The “current location” feature doesn’t work at all. In my case, when pressed, it defaults to a city I use to live in no matter where I’m at. I do like the hourly breakdown for precipitation. It’s reasonably accurate for timing on weather events. But overall could use some improvements.
This was my favorite weather app for over a decade. In the past week, it started giving error messages when I opened it. So naturally, I updated to the latest version. Now it crashes immediately, every time I open it. Clearing the cache did not help.
