8 of 15The JetBlue app itself is alright, I mean it does what it’s supposed to. But JetBlue as an airline company sucks, they always cancel flights over nothing and will leave you stranded in a place unknown to you, all because of their negligence too. For example they didn’t have no crew to fly a plane, they had us waiting for 6 hours to even board the plane and another 2 hour wait for the weather to become better. After the weather got better pilot took us all the way to the run way just to turn around and cancel our flight because we was in the gate for more than 3 hours. This all could’ve been avoided if they didn’t sell tickets they didn’t actually have to sell, like they obviously wasn’t ready yet still sold them because their money hungry. If you read this far thanks.
JetBlue app is a great app but recently I’ve had to manually add my KTN when previously it would be linked already with my JB profile. What’s the point of filling everything out on our profile and then have to constantly add your KTN at check in?

App started having tons of issues displaying my boarding pass while going through customs/tsa (i had cell and internet connection) and made what should have been a normal flying experience extremely stressful. This was our first time with Jet Blue and due to their app it will likely be our last
Can’t add to wallet
This JetBlue app is terrible, especially for people using the JetBlue Key Blue credit card. You spend thousands of dollars earning points, only to open the app and realize most flights are blacked out or unavailable to book with points. What’s the point of pushing a rewards credit card if the rewards are nearly impossible to use? The whole experience feels misleading and extremely frustrating. I wish I had more hands so I could give this app even more thumbs down.
The online customer service for Jetblue is useless for reporting broken equipment on flights. Don't bother using it for that.
