万 科: thank you for fixing these letters, Russian, Serbian, Thai, Korean, Hebrew, Hindi, Oriya, Gujarati, Greek, Cherokee, and Georgian, Chinese, Symbols (like @ and the &amp; symbol) AND ADD A FEATURE IN THE “switch language” (where you trace letters from languages) TO DRAW YOUR OWN LANGUAGES

Support is very bad. Even after reporting this problem there is no proper follow up. Really disappointed

Purchased a year’s pass. (Receipt to prove it). Then canceled the renewal subscription because the app wasn’t working. Still have 11 months on my pass. (Can prove) App still not working. Absolutely no support. As in the support button takes me to a purchase page. Says I don’t have a subscription, wants me to sign up for a free trial again. All areas of the app take me to the purchase page and refuse my login.

While the contents of the app are wonderful, I have had to buy this FOUR times at $60 a purchase do to it constantly kicking my son out and claiming there isn’t an account. My son uses this in therapy which is the reason I continue to spend money on this app. The customer service is atrocious. It takes weeks to hear back from anyone and no real solutions are offered.
