Great App!! Chef instructor in the palm of your hand!
Since you cant print recipes and information it seems pretty poorly conceived for a modern version of the Pro Chef. Really just a novelty.
My go to book, along with Modernist Cuisine
The videos on this app are detailed and very informational! So many students learn faster when they can actually watch the procedure numerous times and even mimic it at home before entering the classroom and doing it for a grade.
Highlight and note function doesn't work. They work in the Inkling app but not in the standalone Professional Chef app.
I have been waiting for this for years!
