8 of 15Добавили заправки. 1. В Яндекс.Карту не добавили, только в левое приложение «Заправки» которым никто не пользуется. Ненужное приложение прорекламировали, на пользователей забили. 2. Рекомендательная система по отзывам - точно околонулевая, уже есть конкуренты которые решили эту проблему так топорно, зачем это было делать вообще? 3. На iPhone фильтр работает через раз. Полная халтура, Яндекс, ну вы чего?

Поставил самокат на парковку в городе Екатеринбург по улице билимбаевская 14. В этом месте находится 2 парковки с обозначением на карте буквой “P”. Пытался вернуть деньги за штраф через тех поддержку, но ваши коллеги которые вообщем не умеют общаться своими словами, умеют общаться только копипастой, не могут помочь, так как они болт ложили на это всё. Сервис работает нормально, разбор проблем уровень - низкий, забирание денег штрафами у граждан уровень 100 из 100
Отличная поездка.
обвинили в правонарушении,которого не было,списали деньги за штраф и отказывают возвращать,даже с учетом того,что приложила доказательства

Первый приехал на место и не доехал метров 100, и не смог дождаться, хотя в чате писал водителю, что бы подождал. В итоге водитель отменил заказ. Сняли деньги и за ожидание и за подачу. Очень мерзко, на улице дождь, а сервис на нуле. Следующий водитель нашелся только через 15 минут. Все бы ничего, но до подъезда не дотянул 50 метров на улице сильный дождь, подъехать видимо было сложно. Абсолютная непрофессиональность.
Принимает заказы и не приезжает, по этом все равно списывает плату, поддержка отвечает не менее 48 часов, задает уточняющий вопрос, после снова пропадает
