8 of 15Has gone downhill. Freezes with loss of winnings. Support asks for screenshots (at the first time you would not know to take), don’t matter! Your screen disconnects and then no proof. It happens at key times of building up to a quest. I called c contacted service and it took multiple times, with no one understanding these simple, major issues. It would take hours and then I would give up. I never had this, years ago. Very disappointed.building up to a
This has been my favorite game in forever…now it won’t come off the main screen. Trying to patient to see if they fix this, but I may have to delete all my years of work
Zero sound.
The game keeps hanging up at startup! The offline play is fine but online play doesn’t show the same amount of coins. And why so many ads in online mode! Rather play offline than online. Should be enjoyable either way
I played this game when it started years ago and the top levels. Now, I need to start ALL over again??? What the problem? Level 1 & some are locked!
Been playing for several years. All the sudden daily challenges, events, and blitz championships don’t work.
This used to be my favorite game. I played it every day for at least 15 years. Now it won’t download completely. Get it together, folks!
For some time now, the app has frozen frequently, especially after one of the ads that requires multiple clicks to get out of the ad. The ad situation has recently gotten much worse—they are running ads for a phone scan app that is certainly a scam and that very likely is malware that would compromise the security of your phone. If you accidentally click the ad, it is almost impossible to get out of, and it tries to make you call a phone number. RED FLAG. I cannot recommend this product as long as that ad runs.
