8 of 15App is worthless. I Deleted it from my iPad. Please do not "update" iPhone. This was no upgrade it was a downgrade.
That says it all, doesn't it?
The app handles the basic functions of managing your credit but the UI is super outdated. Please update.
If you want to pay your bills and view current spending, this app is just fine. What's baffling is that it's missing features that iPhone has like Touch ID. Dear devs, the rule of thumb should be that because of the extra real estate, iPad should have even more features, not less.
Here's a quick exercise in frustration and futility. And a few more sentences that begin with the letter F. Try opening this app and find the current balance on your credit card. I can rent a cabana in Cuba with this crap, but I can't even find my own balance. Now here's a solution. Stop showing me all the ways your cheapskate business partners can help me spend my money and help me understand what I owe you people.
Bad interface, no Touch ID. Cmon American Express - make this as good as your iPhone app!
Missing some like viewing your closing date and checking your rewards and marking a transaction to know when it's posted. When I try to check my rewards it say system not responding. Please fix and update
The login panel is from the year 1999. There are no labels whatsoever, just 2 white fields. So I guessed, the first is for the name and the second for the password? Heck, is it my username or my emailaddress? Amex = Guess. What an equation!
